How We Communicate With Parents

The school uses a number of different ways to communicate to parents.

Instagram

We have a closed Instagram page for our parents and community stakeholders where we share un-named photos of the everyday life of the school. This rapid information source provides you with a birds eye view of what life in the classroom is like for your child and can help to prompt conversation at the dinner table in the evening.

Arbor Parents App

This is to be used by you to update details about yourself or your child. It is essential we have up to date phone numbers and contact details in case we need to contact you about your child. Please make sure you have downloaded the app and that you keep it up to date. Within the Arbor Parent's App you can also make bookings for extra-curricular clubs and activities and keep an eye on your child's attendance data.

Schools Grid

This is used for making payments for and choosing school dinners for your child. You can book weeks in advance and every day there are at least 3 choices.

Parents Evening System

This is used for parents’ evening bookings twice per year and for booking tickets to our Nativity and Y6 performances.
